Job Description:

Eperformance implements and manages web software applications for our clients. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to configure, build and review the business needs for supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications for our clients. In this role, the candidate will provide analytical skills, creative thinking and detail-oriented to our clients to ensure the effective deployment and use of our software applications. Duties may include:

  • Configure the application to meet a client’s requirements using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Configure web based portal to allow client applications to be submitted
  • Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Working closely with our Business Analyst to ensure requirements are being met through the configuration of the software
  • Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, work flows and reports
  • Perform data migration activities
  • Perform CRM application testing as required of configurations and customizations
  • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup as necessary
  • Participate in daily Agile scrums to ensure work is on schedule
  • Able to operate independently and within a team environment

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Management, or equivalent Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously Team player and able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm

Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics CRM software experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification a strong plus

NET developer experience SQL Server experience Experience with SSRS Experience with Agile methodologies a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as an effective member of a team Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
