Senior Business Analyst for a MS Dynamics Portal implementation

Start date: on-going long-term project

 

Required Qualifications:

  1. MUST have worked as an Senior Business Analyst on a project(s) that have been for defining/refining business requirements (functional, non-functional, integration, data and information management) for a MS Dynamics implementation project
  2. MUST have experience defining and documenting client business requirements for IM/IT projects.

 

Other experience required:

  1. experience in the following:
    • Evaluating existing procedures
    • Evaluating existing methods
    • Identifying and documenting database content and structure
    • Identifying application sub-systems
  2. experience eliciting detailed requirement on IM-IT projects by:
    • Developing documentation
    • Developing presentation materials
    • Conducting Information sessions
    • Facilitating work sessions
    • Conducting interviews
  3. Experience
  • analyzing business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows following a business methodology (i.e. RUP etc.)
  • Preparing business process maps and high-level work flow using a methodology (i.e. UML) and business, workflow and organizational modeling software tools
  1. experience:
    • Identifying how documented business requirements will be implemented
    • Identifying risks that could affect the result
    • Developing mitigation strategies
  2. NICE IF obtained relevant training:
  • Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification ;
  • Business Management certification (or equivalent);
  • Formal training courses, related to Business Management and/or Business Analysis
  1. experience developing requirements for solutions in each of the following technologies:
    • Microsoft ADXStudio
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Microsoft SharePoint
