Our most comprehensive support provides you with real time diagnosis of solution problems, based on a duplicate copy of your solution, hosted on Eperformance servers. We can identify, test and provide immediate advice on how to address issues you might be facing. Our client support portal provides you with a collaborative ticketing environment, where you can submit change requests, issues or requirements, and prioritize those, to enable the Eperformance team to respond quickly and efficiently to your needs.
