This module will focus on leveraging Digital Strategies that maximize the Client Experience (CX) using intelligent portals to make data entry connected and intuitive, reducing redundancy and improving the data quality overall.
Many programs have trouble receiving the volume of intake they would prefer or the correct audience to apply. Using tried and true client experiences and engagement we’ll demonstrate how provinces and Federal government are handling this challenge using the frontier technologies to Digitally transform the way they operate.
